I have such a hard time eating a healthy breakfast. I get massive cravings for savoury food if anything at all. Coffee obviously mandatory.

I’m wondering, how am I going to go trying to eat a really worthwhile morning meal when currently my snack of choice is a croissant (preferably with ham and cheese… woops)

Tofu. Slimy, squidgy, squeaky. Awful stuff.

In any other vege-stint I’ve avoided at all costs, because I’ve never ever had a pleasant experience of it. That being said, my knowledge is fairly limited to Thai restaurants and poorly home-cooked meals that I’ve choked down politely. I am definitely open to changing this opinion – perhaps as a first challenge, the blogosphere can answer me this:

IS THERE REALLY A TOFU THAT TASTES GOOD?
